Steak Club returns to The Cow, and we’ve got a treat in store for steak fans!
As with previous evenings, our Chefs will be serving up a menu of the finest and most sought-after steaks, primed and ready to be cooked to perfection – and for this extra special Steak Club, we will be serving a range of Isle of Wight Wagyu Beef Cuts!
Wagyu Beef comes from unique rearing methods, in which the cattle are often fed by hand, given jackets to wear in the winter, and brushed to relieve stress. A producer in Wales was even rumoured to have fed his cattle local craft beer, and massaged them. The results of these methods are an intense, fat marbling in the meat, which gives it a rich flavour, not found in regular steaks.
As Wagyu Beef has been one of the most requested cuts at our previous Steak Clubs, we are expecting to be very busy for this one. So booking is essential.
